Mission – Glocal Factory brings together professionals and volunteers working in different cultural and social fields and in education, of different ages and expertise, but sharing a common vision. We all believe in promotion and innovation of learning, training and teaching for the cooperation and the inclusion of disadvantaged people. The main target we work with and for are young people ‘Neither in Employment or in Education or Training’, youth workers, adult educators, schools and migrants. We focus our work on the match among formal, informal and non-formal education, on the gamification and digitalization. The main tool we use to achieve these objectives are European Projects, especially ErasmusPlus and AMIF programmes.
