PARTNERSHIP
The consortium consists of 6 partners representing 6 Member States and brings together a wide range of expertise related to the scope and the aims of the WINGS project. There is representation from different types of organisations – adult education providers, training centers, partners with expertise in the intersection between migration and women’s empowerment, and technology experts – and a good geographic spread of partners to ensure wide dissemination of outputs. The selection of the partners aims to: maximize the project results by careful selection of partners and ensure the cost-effectiveness of the whole project based on partners’ skills; enrich the project with new insights and methodologies derived from the cross-sector project team; involve partners from different social and cultural settings to ensure the transferability and localization of resources developed.
